Another Gameweek, another point hit

Something had to give.

The disastrous decision to drop De Bruyne and acquire Aguero will live long in the memory.

Or, let’s just look ahead to the next week.

In this article, it was suggested that playing it safe and not worrying about the myth of the differential is the way to succeed.

And so, welcome aboard:

Yep, the transfers of Sterling, Ozil and Ighalo have come at a cost. Namely, 8 points (not a huge dent in my measly 699 total really) and the loss of Cabaye, Depay and one little Argentine.

Oh, Aguero.

The FPL siren that just can’t go unignored.

His influence on my team this week? Well, if he plays, you’ll likely find me sat firmly behind my sofa dreading the inevitable deluge of goals.

As for Sterling over KDB, this is a budget management thing.

Should Sergio look half decent in Gameweek 15 then, no doubt, he’ll be back in the Nordic-ing Around FC lineup.

And the cosmic ballet that is FPL plays on…

What are your plans?!
